Hiring a person for your Digital Marketing Company is a sophisticated task. Ofcourse, one must always do a basic background check of the candidate, which includes their educational background, personal background, prior experiences, and skillset required for the job. 


This is just a basic check, we can also make them undergo an examination containing specific questions. Communicative skills are essential in today's world of Digital Marketing. We must make sure that they are proficient enough to communicate with the client. Critical thinking is another skill that we must test, it is essential for decision-making while handling clients. 


Honestly, I think the most important aspect of hiring a candidate is their personality. One must always make sure to analyse what type of person they are hiring and how they react in the particular work environment, under work pressure and if they are good at managing time efficiently. 

I feel this is a summary of what I would look at if I'm hiring a person not just for a Digital Marketing job, but for any of the jobs.
