My customers in Dubai order mostly through WhatsApp. Would an app actually change that?
Almost every order for my shop in Dubai comes through WhatsApp. Customers message me, I confirm the order, and they pay on delivery or by bank transfer. It works, but I sometimes lose track of who ordered what, and messages get buried at night. A developer told me I need an app, but I’m not sure customers would download one when they already have WhatsApp open all day. Would an app actually change how they order, or should I just fix my WhatsApp setup? Has anyone tried both?
