What should an annual support contract for office network maintenance in Dubai include?
I manage a 20-person office in Dubai, and our IT vendor sent us an annual network maintenance contract for AED 18,000. It’s only one page and mostly says “support included.” I’m not sure what should actually be covered. Should it include response times, on-site visits, firewall and Wi-Fi checks, backups, and replacement of faulty equipment? What should I ask them to add before I sign?
