Which ERP modules does a mainland Dubai trading company actually need in its first year?
I’m setting up an ERP for my trading company on the Dubai mainland. We import goods, sell to local retailers and keep stock in a rented warehouse. The vendor’s quote lists more than 15 modules, and I don’t want to pay for things we won’t use yet. Which modules do we actually need in the first year? Is it enough to start with sales, purchase, inventory and accounting with VAT, and add the rest later?
