Which are the best alternatives for WordPress?

We are looking for a WordPress alternative. Please suggest the best alternative platform for building the website.

It is very easy to understand that why 1000s of people using the Wordpress! There are several alternatives to WordPress that offer different features and functionalities. But I would like to share a few alternative that I used for my personal works. 

1. WIX: Founded in 5th October 2006. Unlike many other website builders, Wix does offers free plans. Like the other website builders, if you need a custom domain, you have to go for the other plans. In my opinion, wordpress is the better option than Wix for those who are looking for advanced customizations. 

2. Google Sites(site.google.com) : Google sites is a webpage builder offered by the Google itself. And the main part is Google sites is free, ie, you can build Google sites at Zero cost. 

3. Shopify: Shopify is a good alternative, if you want to build an online store. And the best part is they offers provisions to sell your products and accept payments. 

4. Weebly: Weebly allows to create yourown website using pre designed templates. 

5. Blogger: Blogger is a commonly used Wordpress alternative.
