I am planning to start a small social media agency in Dubai and initially work independently without hiring a team. Before getting started, I wanted to check if a one person setup is allowed and what legal requirements I should be aware of.

I’ve been working as an SEO analyst in Dubai for the past three years, and during that time I’ve worked closely with digital marketing agencies, social media managers, content creators, and business owners across different industries. From both a legal and operational perspective, it is absolutely possible to start a social media agency in Dubai as a one-person business.
