What should be in a creative agency's contract before you sign, in the UAE?
I am planning to hire a creative agency in the UAE and want to understand what should be included in the contract before I sign it. What should I check regarding the scope of work, payment terms, revisions, intellectual property ownership and project deadlines? I also want to know what the contract should say about termination, confidentiality and responsibility for third party content or materials.
