If you're looking for logo design in Dubai, here's what's actually worked for me and people I know in the business world here.
99designs is solid if you want a contest style approach, you put up a brief and budget, and multiple designers submit concepts. You only pay for the one you pick. Good for getting a range of creative directions fast, though the quality can be hit or miss since anyone can enter.
Fiverr has genuinely good UAE based designers if you know how to filter properly. Look for sellers with Dubai or UAE in their profile, check their delivery time, and always look at reviews that mention revisions, since that tells you how flexible they are.
Upwork works better if you want an ongoing relationship rather than a one off logo. You can hire a designer by the hour or project, and it's easier to brief them properly since you're messaging back and forth before committing.
Behance and Dribbble aren't platforms where you hire directly, but they're where I always go first to find designers whose style I like, then reach out to them directly or check if they freelance. A lot of Dubai's better independent designers post their portfolio there.
For something more polished and brand strategy led rather than just a logo file, local branding agencies in Dubai Design District and Business Bay tend to deliver stronger, more considered work since they build out the full identity system, not just a mark. It costs more, but the difference shows especially if you're launching a serious business rather than a side project.
If budget's tight, I'd start with Fiverr or 99designs. If you're building something you want to last, go the agency route.

Basically what I’m saying is that the best tool depends Are you a brand wanting?a custom brand identity? or a quick, AI generated logo? I will say for any?business in Dubai who needs a professional and custom logo I always recommend to get the experts the branding agency designer and don’t rely on just ai tools.
That?being said, if you’d rather hire one of these pros, Upwork and agencies found on DesignRush allow you to easily compare portfolios, client reviews, and prices.
If you want?to get in touch directly with a local firm, there’s Tequila Branding & Website Development Agency and Tequila are two offering branding and logo design services in Dubai. There’s also RedSpider Web & Art Design among others?and Aimstyle.
For?start-ups or the small business owners on a tight budget, AI based platforms such as Canva, Adobe Express, or Wix Logo Maker do wonders in helping you through the logo making process. But if I were building a long term brand, I’d pay for a custom logo designed by?a pro rather than plunking down for a stock template.

There isn’t one “best” platform-it really depends on your budget and the quality you’re expecting. But here are some of the most reliable options people commonly use (including in Dubai):
1. Fiverr
Good for budget-friendly logos and quick turnaround. You can find designers at different price points, but quality can be inconsistent-so you need to check portfolios and reviews carefully.
2. Upwork
Better for more serious or long-term projects. You can post a job and choose designers based on proposals, experience, and ratings.
3. 99designs
Great if you want multiple design ideas. You run a contest and designers submit concepts, then you pick the best one. It’s more structured and quality-focused, but usually costs more.
4. Dribbble
Best for high-quality, premium designers. You can browse portfolios and directly hire designers whose style you like.
5. DesignCrowd
Similar to 99designs good for getting multiple logo options quickly from different designers.
Simple way to choose:
Low budget -> Fiverr
Mid-range & flexible -> Upwork
Want multiple concepts -> 99designs / DesignCrowd
Premium quality -> Dribbble
Start with a platform that matches your budget, but always review portfolios carefully because in logo design, quality matters more than the platform itself
