Is it worth building a custom CRM for my Dubai property agency, or will a ready-made one work?
I run a small property agency in Dubai with a team of eight agents. We currently track leads in Excel and WhatsApp, and things keep slipping through, like missed follow-ups and buyers contacted twice. A developer quoted me for a custom CRM, but I've also seen ready-made tools with property features. At what point does building my own make sense, and what should I check before choosing either?
