Is it worth paying for a brand strategy before I start marketing my new Dubai business?
I'm about to open a small business in Dubai and have a limited launch budget. A branding agency quoted me a few thousand dirhams for a brand strategy covering positioning, tone of voice and messaging, but I already have a logo and a basic website. I'm not sure whether this is something I need before spending on marketing, or whether I can start promoting and figure out the brand as I go. What does a brand strategy actually give a new business, and when is it safe to skip?
